Healthy hair care tips

Chamomile and lemon juice have a soft bleaching effect on hair. Mix chamomile tea with lemon juice and use as a clean to lighten hair.
Eat healthy foods that aid the hair in staying strong and lustrous. Your diet can also prevent hair loss.
Do not use hot water to wash and rinse your hair the last time.
For soft, natural highlights squeeze some lemon juice on your hair before heading into the sun.
Mix a few drops of your favorite fragrance into your hair gel before applying.
Use a natural shampoo that contains ingredients such as keratin, rosemary, horsetail, plant proteins and seaweed extract.
A hot hair oil treatment is especially good for oily hair. Warm up any vegetable oil and gently massage into your scalp. For added benefits add a few drops of rosemary oil and lavender oil.
Use a wooden comb with smooth tips to comb your hair since it causes less damage to your hair and scalp.
To get that shine one can use honey to keep your scalp moisturized. You can make honey lotion for your hair by adding 3 teaspoons of honey for pint of water.
Coconut oil and castor are very good for hair. Boil dry pieces of amla (Indian goose berry) in coconut oil and apply on hair.

Two tablespoons of fenugreek (methi) seeds soaked overnight in water. The softened seeds should be grounded into a fine paste in the morning and applied over the scalp & left for half an hour and then washed thoroughly. This is highly affective to remove dandruff.
